  • Jeffrey Balinsky
    Jeffrey Balinsky

I began practicing yoga with my collegiate lacrosse team and was deeply intrigued. I then went on to live at the Kalani yoga retreat center for six months in 2011, forever altering my perspective. At Kalani, I met my great friend and teacher, Yogi Patrick McAndrew, and in 2012 I moved to Burlington, Vermont to live and study with him. In 2015, I arranged my life to focus on studying with Inner Freedom Yoga and completed their Teacher Training.

I believe in teaching classes that are accessible and empowering. I draw my inspiration from communing with nature, the wisdom of Tantra, and the radical freedom of longboard skateboarding. I am amazed by the efficacy of the teachings of yoga in easing all suffering. In my practice, I have found my passion.  I am honored to share these teachings which I love and cherish so much.

In addition to Hatha Yoga I also have a deep relationship with the powerfully relaxing practice Yoga Nidra. I usually offer Yoga Nidra as part of savasana and I also teach dedicated Yoga Nidra classes.

  • Jennifer Lance
    Jennifer Lance

Jennifer began practicing yoga in 1995 and was largely self-taught for the first decade of practice.  At the urging of her local mountain community, she began teaching sharing her love and knowledge of yoga without formal teacher training.  Ten years later in 2014, Jennifer fulfilled her goal and completed teacher training at Inner Freedom Yoga with Patrick and Robyn.  She is an avid hiker, former elementary school teacher, and mother.

  • Rosada Martin
    Rosada Martin

Rosada found yoga as a college athlete and a full time river guide. While getting injured repeatedly she realized that she needed to find a balance between tough demanding physical performance and restoring and nourishing her body.  The body awareness and healing that yoga brought to her inspired her to share it with others.  She received her first teachers training certificate in 2006 in Anusara with Inner Freedom and has since completed an additional teacher training with Desiree Rumbaugh, an advanced training, and a yoga therapy training.  She has taught in a variety of classes including prenatal, postpartum, beginning, and intermediate flow.  She teaches an upbeat playful class with a focus on alignment.  When not teaching yoga, Rosada can be found enjoying high energy activities in the outdoors, delighting in nature, growing and preparing healthy food, and being a mom.

All Inner Freedom Yoga classes are taught in the Anusara style of yoga, emphasizing opening the heart, a refined system of alignment, and the celebration of community.
