Dive in Deep! The Immersion is for anyone interested in deepening their connection to yoga on and off the mat, and wanting a great community of like-minded friends to share in the journey. It is a thorough investigation of Anusara Yoga's alignment principles and Tantric philosophy, meditation and pranayama, and offers you many tools for understanding yourself and enhancing your life.
The Immersion is the pre-requisite for the Teacher Training.

Learn the fundamentals of alignment in a variety of basic poses, plus basic yoga breathing, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy. This course is perfect for beginners wanting to get a solid foundation before entering public classes or for anyone wanting a refresher on the basics. Includes hand-outs.

Learn to help people using Anusara Yoga Therapeutics for healing pain and tension in the lower back, hips, knees, feet, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists, and hands. You will greatly deepen your understanding of the Universal Principles of Alignment TM, and learn to properly assess posture and alignment in poses, hands-on therapeutic techniques, and how to offer a therapeutic sequence for home practice. Instructors will draw from their training in Structural Integration and Hanna Somatic Education as well as Anusara Yoga. 30 hours total.
Prerequisite: Completion of or enrollment in an Anusara Immersion or Alignment Intensive or other complimentary training in body work and comprehensive understanding of Anusara Yoga alignment principles.
