LA CUNA means cradle.  Expect to be cradled in a deeply restful and replenishing experience. Enter a sacred space of calming live soundscapes and music from singing bowls, gongs, flute, guitar, chimes and voice while resting in gentle poses. Restorative Yoga utilizes supportive props to assist the body in gently opening into relaxation. Sound Healing allows the mind, body and heart to drop into deeply nourished states.  Hands on healing, aromatherapy, and other unannounced surprises and appearances.  Take a deep journey inwardAnd Special Guests:  Joshua Tree Pomerleau on the beautiful Indian flute and Terra Pearson on the incredible Earth Gong!!

About the Sound Healers:

Shemaia IndiaShemaia Skywater Lucas is a vibrational healer, yoga teacher, performing artist, musician, composer with many years experience in these arts. Her curiosity of life’s mysterious beauty has been the invitation to live life poetically with reverence. She sees yoga, music and sound applied therapeutically as powerful instruments for healing, for increased health, and expanded awareness.
She offers her combined skills to create ritual healing spaces and events that invite the profound recognition that we are luminosity in form.

Lisa KittyLisa Carpinelli is a skilled musician and bodyworker specializing in myofacial release, cranial-sacral therapy, and emotional release.  She is also a certified Hendricks body/mind Life Coach. Utilizing her skills and empathic intuitive nature, she offers a compassionate loving presence to support transformation.

Latif Burdock, a musician of guitar for 40 years and of Raga singing for 30 years, is still gratefully mystified by the mystery behind the music. He is also a senior teacher in the western Universal Sufi tradition.
