Sessions include education about your posture and habitual patterns, plus a series of gentle yet powerful hands-on techniques to release your chronically tight muscles.
You will be given simple exercises to practice at home to retain the releases and reinforce the new patterns gained during the session.

The goal is to move from dependence on a health practitioner
towards your own self-help program.
It’s recommended that you initially commit to 4 sessions.
Fees:
Initial session: $80 - 95 for 1.5 hours.
Follow-ups: $60 - 75 for 1 hour.
