Yoga as Play - The Dance of Shiva and Shakti
In this light-hearted retreat, we'll explore the polar energies of Shiva and Shakti through a variety of practices including asana, pranayama, meditation, partner yoga, singing, dancing, and river fun. We'll make use
of the bounty of nature and the community of the heart (kula), to open our hearts and deepen our connections with our selves, nature, and each other. Expect a fun and playful weekend!
Not suitable for total beginners.
Retreat includes:
Two yoga classes per day, one optional acrobatic/partner yoga session, one early pranayama and meditation session per day, one catered vegan meal (Friday night), one pot-luck dinner, Saturday talent night, use of kitchen facilities, river time and two nights of camping.
RV's welcome.
Fee:
Camping: $235 each or $425 for two when paid and registered together
($435 with PayPal below)
ROOMS: Prices are per person and do not included use of linens and towels.
Please bring sleeping bag or add $10 for linens.
Shared Dorm Room: $255
Double Room: $260 to share a private room for two (1 queen or 2 singles)
