Feb. 24 - 26: Friday 7 - 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.


In this series, we will explore and celebrate the teachings of the wider yogic tradition, including teachings on tantra, kundalini yoga, the gods and goddesses, with an emphasis on how to awaken the power of these teachings in daily life and practice.

Feb. 7 Ganesha, the Lord of Beginnings
This elephant-headed god is worshipped in India as both the Lord of Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles. Join us for an evening of stories, chanting, and ecstatic dance. Bring your hoop and something to offer on Ganesha’s altar.

Feb. 14 Tuning the Heart

Join us for an evening of ecstatic kirtan in celebration of Valentine’s Day and Shivaratri. Bring your instruments and an open heart.

Feb. 21 - Mar. 6 This Very Life with Karen Harris, M. Div.
Tantric teachings say that divinity saturates every aspect of our lives.
Drawing on the powerful teachings of a key tantric text, the Heart of Recognition, we will practice seeing and embracing the perfection of this very life.
Drop-ins now open for any of these classes.

Feb. 24 - 26: The Gifts of the Goddess with Karen Harris, M. Div.
In this weekend workshop we will sit at the feet of the Goddess, chanting, contemplating, and learning about the gifts that She offers to us through her forms as Lakshmi, Saraswati, Durga and Kali. Bring a notebook or journal and something to offer on the altar.


Mar. 13 - 27 Kundalini and Shaktipat with Swami Girijananda

Our latent inner power, when awakened, allows the spiritual journey to unfold,
facilitates natural meditation, and ultimately results in development of the full human potential. Join Swami Girijananda for teachings on our inner sacred power.
You must attend March 13 to participate on the 20th or 27th.

Pricing:

Tuesdays:
$12 per class, $10 with a student ID
(no drop-ins on 3/20, 3/27)
$30 for a set of 3 classes, $25 with a student ID
$75 for the all Tuesdays

Weekend of Feb. 24 - 26:
Drop-Ins: $15 each or all the classes for $40 if paid by Feb. 15, $45 after.

Darshana Series

Karen Karen Harris, M.Div. teaches from a tantric perspective she calls "both eyes open": an inspirational engagement of both heart and mind informed by decades of academic study and contemplative practice under the guidance of some of the greatest scholars and meditation masters of the modern world.
