Class Descriptions:

All Inner Freedom Yoga classes are taught in the Anusara style of yoga, emphasizing opening the heart, a refined system of alignment, and the celebration of community.

Acro Partner Yoga: a fun, dynamic blend of hatha yoga, Acro Yoga, partner yoga, and Thai Massage. Yoga play helps to build trust, empowers you to be you, helps strengthen your body, opens your heart, and activates your spirit. All are welcome.

Basics - 1: Focuses on basic postures and breath, flexibility, strength-building and Anusara alignment. This class is perfect for beginners and continuing students who are especially stiff, have injuries or health issues, and for anyone wanting a slower class. Instructors adjust the level to the students, offering options as needed.

Community Classes: We make these offerings to the community as a way to
.... support those of lesser means in their practice.
...Community-1 is a level 1 class. Description below. $5 - 10 each.
...Community Flow: For all levels: a flow style class with great alignment. Only $5.

Level 1: Ideal for those new to yoga, this class introduces basic alignment and breath, while keeping a moderate pace. Classses focus on alignment, strengthening, breath, ease, saftey and stability in basic yoga poses.

Level 1-2: Classes welcome all levels of students, but are challenging with more variety. Poses may be sustained longer, disucssed in greater detail, or strung together in flowing sequences.

Level 1-2+: Tends to be more challenging and up-beat.

Level 2: Includes more challenging versions of all poses often with vinyasa flows.
Too challenging for most beginners though modifications are offered for different levels of students. Includes a 5-minute meditation at the end.

Level 2-3 Practice Class: Robyn leads and practices with you through challenging sequences set to music. For intermediate students with at least 1 year of regular hatha yoga practice and willingness to explore advanced versions of all classes of poses. Expect challenging arm balances, back bends and inversions. May include pranayama and meditation.
