Embrace the true light of your being and dive deeply into the practices of yoga which blossom your heart and open your mind. Each day, we'll work with a different theme, weaving it into our practices: Intention, Grace, Shri, Joy, Prema (love), and Celebration.
LOCATION: This Mexico Yoga Retreat takes place in the sweet fishing village of Yelapa, Mexico, a one-hour boat ride from Puerto Vallarta. Our location is on the beach at the very hospitable Hotel Langunita. Check out their beautiful website! Hotel Lagunita has a pool and a fantastic restaurant where we eat all our meals, right on the beach.
ACTIVITIES: snorkeling, hiking, paragliding, whale-watching, fishing excursions, snorkeling and bird-watching trip to Marietta Islands, kayaking, local bird-watching, waterfall hikes.
SCHEDULE:
Retreat starts at 8 p.m. with opening circle and includes dinner at 7 p.m. the first night.
Check in any time after 2 p.m.
Retreat ends approximately 11 a.m. the last day and includes lunch after.

The Mexicto Yoga Retreat includes two long asana sessions, one meditation and pranayama session and three scruptious meals per day. Transport, tips, excursions not included. More info in the registration form below.
