IMMERSION TESTIMONIALS

"The Immersion was a life changing experience for me.
I expected that my yoga practice would expand dramatically and it did, but
off the mat and in my life I find myself more centered, peaceful and intentional in
my purpose, which has
brought more spirituality, gratitude and playfulness to my life. In short, I just find
life more pleasurable now. Perhaps the biggest blessing of the Immersion was shar-
ing the experience with a
beautiful community of
yogis in the company of our gifted teacher, Robyn.

"Your passion for yoga is
very apparent. It's nice to learn from someone who is doing their right work and is
so enthusiastic!"

liked how different teachers would come in to the course.

to the asanas."

much your deep passion and commitment to yoga and teacheing. Thanks for being here for us!"

"Thank you so much, Robyn. You are a fantastic, gifted yoga teacher. You are able
to give individual attention
to so many different stu-
dents' issues, it's amazing
and so helpful to the uplift-
ing of everyone's practice."

"I am very happy with the abundance of philosophy
and history conveyed in the course. I am more empow-
ered than when I eneterd
this course."

"My favorite part was practicing and engaging with the kula; growing and learn-
ing inside the container of other practitioners."

"My favorite part was the retreat! It gave me the time for everything to sink in,
away from the daily distractions."

"My favorite part was deepending my understand-

AcroYoga Intensive: Love, Light and Flight

AcroYoga1 .AcroYoga2

with Jeremy Simon and Jonny Nobleza from San Francisco
September 2 - 4

AcroYoga is a holistic practice that combines the traditions of yoga and Thai massage with graceful partner flying. This full weekend will provide a safe environment to explore the realms of therapeutics and acrobatics with trust, connection and playfulness. Together we will create a sacred space devoted to love, light and flight.

Friday, September 2: 7 - 9 p.m. - AcroYoga Community Bhakti Thai & Fly
Community Yoga Center, 890 G St., Arcata Plaza

Bhakti Thai & Fly is a celebration of community and life. We open with the practice of Bhakti (devotion) Yoga through devotional chanting with live musical instrumentation. The blanket of group melody and pulse sets the foundation to practice the ancient art of Thai Massage and an incorporation of it's techniques into Therapeutic Flying. *This workshop is open to all and no partner is necessary.
Cost: $15 drop-in

Saturday, September 3 - Daylong Therapeutics Intensive
10am - 1pm at OmShalaYoga
3pm - 6pm at Community Yoga Center

On Saturday, we will begin with a centering yoga practice to embody the healing techniques of sensitivity and receptivity. With these skills in body, mind and heart, we will partner together for a guided Thai Massage sequence. In the afternoon we will continue the healing experience with deeply relaxing therapeutic forward flying sessions. The flow of basing and flying, giving and receiving, honoring and accepting, inhaling and exhaling will take both yogis into a new place of union and bliss.

Sunday, September 4 - Daylong Acrobatics Intensive
10am - 1pm at Community Yoga Center
3pm - 6pm at OmShalaYoga

On Sunday we will explore exercises that unify body and mind providing the foundation for turning your world upside down. The support of a partner will empower you with confidence, receptivity and trust. The progressions lead from partner acrobatics to more advanced flying sessions where students will specialize as base or flyer; all cultivating the balance of strength and flexibility while working as a team. A playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be upside down and connect to the divine within!

Jeremy Simon headshotJEREMY SIMON:
In 2003, Jeremy began his practice and intensive study of Anusara Yoga (r) while living in Los Angeles. Through this practice he experienced a revelation - with right effort life can be easier, more aligned with our true desires and delightfully fun. Totally inspired, he completed his first Anusara teacher training in 2005 and taught his first public yoga class in 2006.

In 2007, Jeremy became an AcroYoga teacher. He is so grateful for Acroyoga, it's the first practice that has holistically provided a safe, sacred space to explore trust and deepen connections with all beings. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us as we turn the world into our playground. Jeremy currently teaches Anusara-Inspired and AcroYoga classes and workshops at Yoga Tree San Francisco and around the country. Jeremy enjoys acrobatics, playing the harmonium, practicing thai massage and watching the sky.

Jeremy offers immense gratitude to all his teachers that have shared their love and light so that he can take flight: Sianna Sherman, John Friend, Ross Rayburn, Jenny Sauer-Klein, Jason Nemer, Janet Stone, Ajan Supron Mukomla, Master Lu Yi, Tim and Tara Dale and so many more.

JONNY NOBLEZA
Jonny breathes in passion for all things movement. As a conscious creator he has devoted his life to unfolding and connecting through various arts whether yoga, music, meditation, dance, or bodywork. As a teacher, it is through AcroYoga that Jonny has seen immense changes in himself and in the relationships within individuals and communities. It is through this practice that he wishes to bring others together in celebration of community and life. For several years, Jonny has also been a devout student and practitioner of The Ancient Art of Thai Massage. It is this practice of deep listening, unconditional loving kindness, and nurturing touch that has led him to Thailand, Laos, and all across the country to study, assist, and teach this beautiful art. He currently studies under Jennifer Yarro and all the divine souls who he is blessed to work on. He currently offers Cranio-Thai Yoga Therapy and Bodywork treatments and teaches AcroYoga workshops and classes in Chicago and throughout the country. He also continues his studies with AcroYoga founders Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein assisting and teaching with them across the US and world.
